EXCERCISING METHOD
  1. Control the distance between handle and bench, Grisp handle more widly than shoulder's size after fixing the feet under the roller-pad.
  2. Put the handle upward by stretching srms and take the breath out when relaxing.
  3. Repeat the above.
WARNING
  1. Keep the bench's degree from 30° to 45°..
  2. Excercise the above method fully and slowly in order to maintain the tensionof pectorals continually..
